Who we are and when this Policy Applies
We are Runaway Play Limited (Runaway), a New Zealand company with registration number NZBN 9429041881637 and registered office at 8 Stafford Street, Dunedin Central, Dunedin, 9016, New Zealand.
We have partnered with Apple Arcade to bring you Furistas Cat Café+ (our Game).
This policy describes how Runaway collects, uses and discloses information you provide to us when you play our Game or contact us separately.
Data Collected: We collect the following data from and about our users and their devices:
1. Information provided directly by users who contact us outside the Game, such as when users submit inquiries or requests directly to us. Such information may include:
a) your name, username, email address or other contact information; and
b) Information provided to our customer services team through or in connection with our Game, via email or otherwise
2. Runaway does not automatically collect information from users or their devices who play our Game. However, Apple (through whom users access our Game on Apple Arcade) may collect such information, including:
a) Game play and usage data such as play progress, levels, games played, achievements, session length, preferred settings; and/or
b) Device data such as IP address and device identifiers, device type and the operating system,
in each case in accordance with Apple Privacy Policies. Please refer to the Apple Policies at the links below for further details:
Data Use: We only use data we collect from users to:
1. Provide service communications and respond to customer service requests; and/or
2. Ensure security, operability and legal compliance, such as:
a) Detecting and fixing bugs and operability issues;
b) Detecting and preventing fraudulent or illegal activity; and
c) Complying with legal obligations.
Disclosures to Third Parties: The only service provider with whom we may share user data we collect from you is Apple in connection with its ownership and operation of the Apple Arcade service. Apple’s collection, use and disclosure of user information and data relating to your use of our Game on Apple Arcade (e.g. for the purposes of data storage, detecting fraud and security) is subject to the Apple Arcade Privacy Policy and may involve the international transfer or your data between Apple facilities.
You may opt out of storing data in Apple iCloud and sending data to Apple Game Center. To turn off iCloud storage data, turn off iCloud in Apple Settings for our Game. However, if you do this, you will not be able to play your saved Game on another device. To opt out of sending data to Game Center, sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings.
We may share user data we collect from you with third parties when required to do so by law or if necessary to comply with subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes.
Data Retention: Runaway retains user data for as long as the user keeps our Game, in order to continue providing customer service to the user and so as to remember users’ prior contact with us, or to comply with our legal obligations, some of which continue even after a user no longer has access to our Game (e.g. to satisfy our regulatory obligations).
Permission and declining or withdrawing permission for data: A user can decline to provide data and can withdraw permission after initially providing it. However, if you decline to give your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your data in the ways described in this policy, or if you later withdraw your consent, we will not be able to respond to any enquiries you send us about the Game.
Children: In accordance with relevant laws, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.
If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.
Data Subject Rights: Users of our Game have certain rights with respect to their data which vary depending on local laws. These rights may include the ability to request access, correction or deletion of personal information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy: We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect evolving laws, regulations and industry standards or changes to our business.
We request users periodically check this Privacy Policy for updates. Continued use of our Game will indicate acceptance of our Privacy Policy as modified. If you disagree with any changes we make to this Privacy Policy in the future, you should un-install our Game and contact Runaway if you wish to request the removal of personal information under our control.
